First Stop Tool & Equipment Rentals Ltd.  Has designed this website for the sole benefit of the customer.  We ask you to call us personally so that your information cannot be compromised and so that your questions can be answered immediately by a human.  We DO NOT keep credit card information on file at our stores computer either.  Our store computer is not hooked to the internet.  Information about you is not collected on our website even though the site is secure.  The only information we get from you is when you reserve over the phone and when you come to the store in person.  After hearing about all the nightmares with credit card fraud with Target and Winners, especially since our own government was hacked we feel that because our store computers are not hooked up to the internet there is no way your information can be compromised.  We do not sell any information to any party.  We protect your information off line because it is only accessible by staff only when they are dealing with you.  We feel that because the computers are not hooked up to the internet it is the most secure thing we can do to protect your information.  If you feel that we are not abiding by this policy, you should contact Neill immediately by phone at 613-258-4152.  The owner Neill Earl does not like to give any personal  information over the internet and does not expect you to either.
